Delving Deeper into the Stats

Here are some rough calculations for various fitness attributes using weight, height, and heart rate:

Max Heart Rate: 182
Training Heart Rate (Karvonen Method)-
50%: 112
80%: 154

Body Mass Index: 16.3

Body Fat Percentage: 11.74%

I think i'm in pretty good shape.
